DO YOU DO CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS?
Yes, we give personal orders. All items (excluding one-of-a-kind items) can be customized. Contact us with the item and what personalization you want. The processing time for your order may vary on what you want changed, we will give you an estimated timeframe on this.
HOW CAN I KNOW IF SOMETHING FITS MY SIZE?
If you want an item from us but don't find your size or are unsure if something will fit you, contact us, we are happy to answer any question you have.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY PRODUCTS?
Most handmade jewelry needs general care instructions:

keep away from wet/damp surfaces

wipe with a clean cloth after use

don't leave it in direct sunlight
-
don't shower/bathe with the item
Items that need special care (our winter wear or items containing sterling silver) will have the corresponding instructions on a printed-out paper sent with the items.
If you want a copy sent over email, let us know.
CAN YOU GIFT-WRAP MY ORDER?
Absolutely! Your order can come in either:

a gift box,

gifting paper or
-
a gift bag
depending on what you want and what your order can withstand.

We use the Norwegian Postal System (Posten) as the default carrier.
We can by special request use other carrier companies.
